New Photos....finally

Oh, look! Mommy finally put up my birthday pictures!

So I found my camera cord and have a couple of photos to show you from Isla's birthday party on February 5th (Actual bday is Feb 6th). It's so hard to believe that she is a year old. She's doing great. Walking some, talking, dancing and singing. Her favorite word is "dog". Everything with fur and even some inanimate things are always "dog, dog, dog". Mama, Daddy, Du-in (Dublin), Ga (Gus), Kawe (Karri) are some other words she says. She has dance moves similar to that of Stevie Wonder playing the piano and she sings a lovely little tune, nose scrunched - she really gets into it. And, thanks to Aunt Karri, we may have a Bieber fan on our hands. Enjoy the pics!

Sunny Day Cool Shades

Everything's funny through these sunglasses. Isla received two pairs of sunglasses for her birthday (photos of her party will be up as soon as I can find my camera cord) and every time she wears them she seems to find everything extra hilarious. I wish I had a pair of glasses like that!

Anywho. To hold you over until I get her birthday photos up, here you go:

First Steps

Isla walked today! I was showing her how the baby doll walks and she stood up and starting doing it herself - it was a wonderful experience.

Sarasota Visit

This weekend we took a road trip to Sarasota, Florida to visit my Dad and James' Grandmother. The weather was beautiful and sunny, not quite swimsuit weather, but a paradise compared to Atlanta. We were happy to get away from the snow.
Here are a couple of photos of Isla from the trip.
